Bilal loved calling the adhan from the branches of the wonder tree his grandfather planted in Zanzibar. But after moving to Canada, everything changes. The places are different; the people are different. Even the adhan sounds different than the one he grew up hearing. When others begin to criticize the way he calls the adhan, Bilal starts to question something he never doubted before: his own voice.
