Fire and Faith I Andalusi Chronicles: Volume I

Fire and Faith I Andalusi Chronicles: Volume I – ‘Issa Meyer

7th Hijri century. Somewhere on the furthest shores of the West. A land of extraordinary beauty, blackened by the fires of war — and a people in its death throes, crying out for men who will avenge its martyrdom and shield it from the sword of the terrible invaders from the North.
The sole heir of a decimated clan, an orphan whose childhood was scarred by blood and grief, Mūsā ibn Ibrāhīm has become a young and formidable warrior who bows the knee before none but the One. Muhammad, the son of the man who wrested him from the enemy’s grasp, a lord as idealistic as he is implacable, dreams of a new age of justice and virtue: a world in which the believers would reclaim their honour and their freedom.

Soon, the fate of an entire country will rest in the hands of these two men — their destinies inextricably bound together by faith, passion, and hope. Together, these warriors of God, forged in the fire of adversity, will rise from a broken land to change the course of history through battles, acts of breathtaking audacity, betrayals, and revolutions.
